Roto Quip has a research and development department including a fully equipped tool room for manufacturing moulds and dies. CAD\/CAM facilities are utilized for product development where a customer requires a custom made component, made to their individual specifications. New products are designed using CAD software. We also offer 3D printing services to give quick proof-of-concept samples.\u00a0<\/p>\n

    Case Study 2: Grain Feeder<\/h2>\n

    This product was designed in partnership with a customer manufacturing grain storage tanks. Previously this customer was using a rudimentary sheet metal cap over a tank outlet. In line with the customers specification Roto Quip designed the first ever lockable grain dispenser.<\/p>\n

    Case Study 3: Alluminium Insert<\/h2>\n

    To assist tank manufacturers to match threads for our 65mm to 175mm lids, we offer heat transferring aluminium inserts that can be attached to a mould to ensure the perfect thread is moulded on any size tank.<\/p>\n
