Description
Baffle Balls are a liquid surge preventative measure designed for the safe transportation of liquid in tankers and horizontal transport tanks. Baffle balls reduce fluid movement during cornering or braking and improve the stability of the load during transit especially on rough terrain.
Our new 170mm CLIP-LOCK Baffle Ball is specifically engineered for smaller and slimline water tanks, making it the ideal solution for tanks 1500 litres or less or those with narrow, space-conscious designs.
The elongated shape of the 170mm Baffle Ball allows for more efficient spatial coverage, meaning fewer individual balls are required to achieve the same liquid stabilisation effect. This not only improves installation efficiency but also reduces overall product cost while maintaining the highest safety and performance standards.
The 170mm CLIP-LOCK Baffle Ball incorporates our new innovative CLIP-LOCK Technology. Six independent clips that are secured into place to prevent the two halves from coming apart while in use, a common problem with competing baffle balls.
Each Baffle Ball takes up roughly 8,5lt’s in a tank.
When installed the baffle balls will take up less than 1% of the total volume of a tank.
