78mm Hinge
Description
The 78mm Hinge was specifically designed to be used on rotational moulded products manufactured from materials like LLDPE, MDPE, HDPE and even PP.
The hinge is available as a stand alone hinge or with a back plate set. The back plate set consists of two custom designed back plates. The wall of the moulded component is compressed between the hinge and back plate to give extra clamping strength. Perfect for thin walled products and softer materials like LLDPE.
